Idear, crear y encontrar oportunidades para satisfacer una demanda en el mercado o una necesidad social, as\u00ed como obtener recursos y mantener o expandir los emprendimientos, son desaf\u00edos que pueden generar un alto nivel de estr\u00e9s y tener un impacto negativo en el bienestar y la salud mental de los emprendedores, as\u00ed como en la de sus familias y allegados.<\/p><p>Por ello, en nuestro m\u00e1s reciente e<span>vento de Conectividad Emprendedora Centroam\u00e9rica, llevamos a cabo una interesante conversaci\u00f3n sobre emprendimiento, bienestar y salud mental. Contamos con la participaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<b>Ute Stephan<\/b>, profesora de Psicolog\u00eda Organizacional en la prestigiosa escuela de negocios del King&#8217;s College de Londres, y\u00a0<b>H\u00e9ctor Mart\u00ednez<\/b>, profesor del Gatton College de Negocios y Econom\u00eda de la Universidad de Kentucky, quien tambi\u00e9n es profesor invitado en INCAE en Costa Rica y actuar\u00e1 como moderador en esta conversaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Durante el di\u00e1logo, se presentaron los hallazgos de un meta estudio sobre el bienestar mental de los emprendedores, el cual abarca cuatro d\u00e9cadas de investigaci\u00f3n en m\u00e1s de ochenta pa\u00edses.
