el di\u00e1logo la\u00a0<\/span><b>profesora Evelyn N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0y el\u00a0<\/span><b>Dr. Juan Carlos Leiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(ambos del Tecnol\u00f3gico de Costa Rica), coautores de la investigaci\u00f3n <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abInnovation, green management and SME performance: nos ayud\u00f3 a orientar un conversatorio en el que participaron voces empresariales de dos realidades un tanto distintas\u00a0 aunque complementarias:\u00a0<\/span><b>Fernando Jim\u00e9nez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Kemical <\/span><b>(Costa Rica)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0y\u00a0 <\/span><b>Kevin Kuhlow y Daniela Sagastume<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de PINA&amp;KAKAW<\/span><b> (Guatemala)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5062d3d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5062d3d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos mensajes clave que compartieron investigadores y empresarios:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrar la sostenibilidad en la\u00a0<\/span><b>estrategia central<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0del negocio, al mismo nivel que finanzas o ventas, y no como un proyecto aislado ni solo como cumplimiento normativo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entender la gesti\u00f3n verde como fuente de\u00a0<\/span><b>innovaci\u00f3n gradual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, midiendo avances en eficiencia, nuevos productos y actualizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, m\u00e1s que como un costo adicional.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invertir en\u00a0<\/span><b>capacidades internas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: la formaci\u00f3n del equipo en temas ambientales sigue siendo una de las principales brechas en las PYMES.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconocer las barreras reales (financiamiento, regulaciones, tiempo, percepci\u00f3n de costos), pero tambi\u00e9n las oportunidades que surgen cuando la sostenibilidad se convierte en una ventaja competitiva y reputacional.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abrir espacio a modelos de\u00a0<\/span><b>econom\u00eda circular<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0y a emprendimientos ambientalmente directos, que ya est\u00e1n
