a\u00a0<\/span><b>comprender los fen\u00f3menos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>La idea central:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0muchas teor\u00edas de gesti\u00f3n explican por qu\u00e9 las cosas suceden (la \u201ccausa explicativa\u201d), pero no indican qu\u00e9 acciones pueden tomar los profesionales (la \u201ccausa productora\u201d).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un ejemplo sencillo:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber que \u201cla confianza mejora el desempe\u00f1o\u201d no es suficiente si no sabemos o entendemos cuales son los comportamientos espec\u00edficos que ayudan a construir esa confianza. Sin esa traducci\u00f3n en acciones concretas, la teor\u00eda es interesante, pero poco \u00fatil para la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
